The distribution center that covers 40,000 square feet is located in Jonquière, Quebec, Canada. An IBM AS 400 computer system is used to manage the operations.

The inventory includes 3,000 products and 12,000 items from over 200 manufacturing companies.

Our truck fleet allows us to serve nearly 80 % of our customers.

The sales team consists of ten professional representatives. For optimal service, seven visit customers and three are permanently assigned to our offices to answer customer calls. The customer service manager is in charge of the sales team.

The packaging operation and the handling operation are part of the organisation structure. All the process steps comply with ISO standards.
